The Home Depot

We renovated our entire first floor. We purchased our new kitchen & bath cabinets, countertops, light fixtures, backsplash, stove, microwave, sinks & faucets from Home Depot. This is by far the largest home improvement project we have done. I initially began my search for kitchen cabinets via several internet cabinet companies, hoping to save money. I was surprised how close Home Depot prices for cabinets were to the online companies. The main reason I ended up going with Home Depot was the fact that I could go into the store to see and touch the cabinets before purchase. The designer at the store, Jen Casey, was phenomenal to work with. I was amazed at how quickly she was able to put together a cabinet design for our kitchen. We normally have good experiences shopping with Home Depot but tonight my husband and I were almost ran over multiple times by employees pushing large crates through the aisle we were on. The employees were clearly annoyed that we were there and acted like we were a nuisance to be there shopping while they were bringing product into the store to unload. I don’t understand why they couldn’t have waited for a few minutes until we were done in the aisle before barreling through and almost hitting us multiple times. It was honestly shocking. The straw for me was after multiple passes through, an employee with long dark hair and gauged ears aggressively told me to move the cart out of the way so they could get by easier. I understand that they were trying to do their job but there was no reason

This Home Depot is great! Ive been in store, and purchasing online for pickup was super easy, too. When I said I had arrived, Manny came out in less than 2 minutes with my ladder, and was extremely friendly and personable but not in my face. I came to return something another time, and the same associate, Manny, remembered me, and was, again, very friendly.

We ordered a greenhouse by Backyard Discovery and the order showed up when promised and the staff was very helpful in getting it loaded onto our trailer. We enjoyed the interaction and decided to add 2 planter boxes from Backyard Discovery from Home Depot and they should be here in the next couple of days.

Placed an order for pick up, it was ready in less than an hour. When we arrived the next day for pick up Manny greated us quickly with a Snickers and directed us to where we could have our things loaded. Manny was super friendly! Oscar met us there with Manny and loaded everything after checking that our order was correct. They loaded them quickly. They made sure everything was secure. I will be back for sure for my online curbside pick up orders.
