Unfortunately practices some deceptive marketing strategies. You see below your item on the website that if you get a home depot credit card, you can get 50 dollars off your item. I go thought this process only to be told that I cant apply the 50$ off at the same time as the special deal on the item, and I must choose. I understand now that you can only apply one deal per purchase but I find it frustrating that the website tells me that my price on the special item goes from 399 to 349 with the card discount even though it wont let me apply it together. Furthermore I'm in checkout with the item and its still asking me if I would like to get a discount with a credit card offer when I know well and good that if I select the option it will remove the other main discount from the item. I always liked this Home Depot but today I had a particularly good experience with Ken and Ashley. I was buying a lot of heavy tile and all kinds of stuff and they were incredibly helpful. Got my wife signed up for a credit card. Saved a bunch of money got some tiles off the high shelf very efficiently. Ken and Ashley were super nice and professional to work with. I really appreciate the help that we got and will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience shopping in the garden center yesterday, customer service desk & check out near the pro desk towards the end of the night. Was there for several hours shopping and browsing products as we have some big projects we are currently working on at home (and sometimes you just need to see items in person rather than online) We are building several stone pathways in our yard. My husband is in construction but this particular project I’m mainly shopping for myself. But I have to say, without my husband there, DAVID in garden center went ABOVE & BEYOND to assist me, answering all my questions, helping me find & lift numerous different pavers I was scoping out in order to decide which to use-he helped me for at least a good forty five minutes. The associate named Tyler at the blinds dept was having a bad day apparently and was having a full blown argument with his girlfriend or family. Real jerk. When approached acted if he was inconvenienced and he may have had his earpiece on the entire time I was talking to him. He kept making snarky remarks. Though I kept the conversation on point he clearly was distracted by his personal issue(s). He's at a help desk and literally made no suggestions and seemed highly inconvenienced that someone might ask some basic technical questions. If Home Depot was to pick an associate to decrease sales and turn customers on to shopping at Lowes or any other competitor they're doing a great job. And I don't blame Tyler. Maybe he's naturally arrogant and a bit slow but he's just doing what he can get a
