The Home Depot

This Home Depot location is one of my go-tos. They have a great selection of products, and the staff is always helpful when I need assistance. I also appreciate the deals you can sometimes find in the clearance section—definitely worth checking out. One of my favorite things is how accurate the Home Depot app is when it comes to finding items in-store. It saves so much time and makes shopping here super efficient. Overall, a solid and reliable store.

1st...Christeen in Customer service was a great help in resolving a simple invoicing challenge. Took her less that two minutes and was great to work with. 2nd...the gal that sold me my lumber closed the purchase transaction prior to taking off the coupon deduction. Her response was, "you'll just need to use that coupon on some other purchase". There was no offer to resolve the issue or even recommend I see Customer Service. Very poor customer service on her part.

Great selection and prices. I worked for Home Depot over 10 years ago and when I did, we were taught to approach customers. Yet nowadays associates are hard to find and more than often try not to make eye contact and are not welcoming or even attempt to approach you. The associates seem to be less knowledgeable about products and their usage. I find myself, as a customer, asking lost patrons, whether with an associate or not, if I can help them and usually do. I may be getting 'old', but I miss the 'old' days of customer service and knowledgeable employees, now it seems like most, not ALL, are just there for a paycheck and out.

I'm at the Keizer store weekly and really don't want to know how much I spend monthly. The staff is wonderful and helpful. Over the years I've purchased a lot of poplar lumber for projects. The last 2 loads I bought (hundreds of dollars) was very disappointing. Irregular planing, sniping on some board, inconsistent dimensions. Very frustrating considering the cost. Maybe better quality control is in order.

Marcus Hannah was so helpful. I needed lamp parts and he went the extra mile making sure I had all the right parts. He gave my project a lot of thought and time. I really appreciated his service and knowledge. Thank you
