Thanks to staff at home depot for helping to find this amazing tool. If you need to cut drywall this is the best tool out there. I appreciate your help with finding this product in the sometimes overwhelming amount of products that every contractor loves and needs. Huge shout out to wonderful and helpful people at home depot. I can’t be more impressed with this Homedepot. Staff are knowledgeable in general. Some has worked here for a long time. Yesterday when I needed to transport 20 20 by 20 pavers, the manager immediately asked a young man to help me load the product. He did it with care so as to not scratch my car. I was so pleased I had to give him some tips.

Called in to rent a truck. Reserved it. Came in an hour later after lining up my crew, to find they rented it out. Costing me and my business. They refuse to remedy the situation at all. The manager smiled the whole time, enjoying the fact I was upset, while she told me they could do nothing. Zero accountability. Zero customer service. Thats $50,000 a year ill be spending at Lowes from now on.

This has nothing to do with the sales associate that helped me, as corbe was helpful and awesome. I am not ordinarily someone that leaves reviews but am angry at the entire experience buying a dishwasher. Bought a dishwasher that was to be delivered and installed in about a week and a half. Ours broke and we just needed a new one. A team Came and installed the new one and the thing would not stop beeping constantly no matter what I did and none of the buttons would work on it. Tried googling it and figured out it was just a defective productIt is hard lined into my house and connected to the same breaker as the majority of my kitchen. I went to get three different color spectrum for stains to apply to my cedar planks for my pergola last night and the gentleman at the counter had no idea what or how to get me the options I needed. I wanted to get something for our outdoor longevity and really needed three good samples with light to dark options so I could see what the wood looked like. He gave me samples with solid paint in them. My husband went back this morning trying to get the cans we actually needed and ended up getting help from the same employee at the counter that didn't know how to help us get stains. He has no idea what he is doing and should not be helping customers at the paint area. I am extremely disappointed that the management staff would let an inexperienced employee be by himself.
