10 days wasted waiting for grill that was never shipped. Called Home Depot and ended up cancelling the order, then an IT issue prevented an immediate refund, forcing me to call and follow up. They did well to make up for the missing grill by discounting a new one. But provided the floor model without mentioning the how dirty it was, the broken knob or the scratched paint and scuffed finishes. When it was delivered, it was clearly thrown together with parts hanging out rubbing, scratching and breaking parts of the grill. In addition, there were 2 parts in the middle of my driveway that must have fallen out when the delivery guy wheeled it in. One thing I really appreciate about this Home Depot is their Milwaukee tool support. Milwaukee makes some of the best professional tools in the industry, and the Milwaukee representative at this location has gone out of his way to help me track down several difficult-to-find tools. As a contractor, having someone willing to put in that extra effort makes a big difference. It’s clear that they take the time to support the professionals who rely on these tools every day.

I have been to many Home Depots for a wide range of items, and this one is the absolute best Home Depot ever. I’ve visited many times over the past few years, and within a minute of entering the store, someone always greets me with a smile and asks if I need help—every time. The employees are genuinely willing to assist or quickly find someone who can, all while maintaining a positive attitude. They practice old-school customer service, where the customer truly comes first. I highly recommend this establishment.

Went to Home Depot at 11 am on a Wednesday, was swamped with contractors and other customers. Had to pickup an order I placed online. There were 4 women in the customer service area. One was answering the constantly ringing phone and the three others were talking together at a different register. After a few minutes, one of the other ladies came over to assist me. I had to show her the email on my cell to confirm my information regarding the item I selected and had paid for online. She went to a back room, got my item, and helped get it on to a utility cart. Lots of new items in stock, now the employees need to get it unpacked and on the shelves. They definitely need to hire new workers. My husband spends a lot of money and time at this particular store so he trusted the item was new; well to our surprise the battery set and charger he got as a present for a family member was used!!! The batteries were dirty and damaged!! To make matters worse that family member opened the present in front of everyone at the birthday party and I was so embarrassed when I saw the batteries!! I immediately went to the store to return it. 😡The lady at the counter was apologetic and asked another employee if he knew where the item was so I could get a new one, he just pointed instead of actually showing me where they were, I found them and surprised! they were in a locked cage(just to add to my aggravation) I told him they were locked and he just said “oh, are they?”..really?! 😡You work there
