I’ve been to many Home Depot never ever had more pleasant experience of customer service as I had with Kenny in plumbing section. He was very knowledgeable, had lots of patience managing several customers at the same time. He was extremely helpful to all of us. May he be recognized as employee of the year for many years to come. He sets high standards on work ethic and knowledge about everything in the store. He’s a legend. Very much appreciated his help and won’t forget it forever. Thank you Kenny.

😁 Home Depot in Saugus has a great variety of house plants, succulents, and cacti! Customer service is always great there! There is an employee who calls herself the "Plant Lady" who is very informative and happy to help you find the right plant! Thanks for all your great work with suggestions and customer service! FYI- in the pictures, half the plants are from Home Depot and the other half are from Lowe's in Saugus. Good luck! 👍

I had a fantastic experience at Home Depot in Saugus thanks to Leonard! I came in to purchase a large planter and several heavy bags of soil, and Leonard went above and beyond to help me. He not only assisted with loading everything onto the cart but also made sure it was safely packed into my car with care and patience. His dedication to customer service and hard work truly stood out. Thank you, Leonard, for making my trip stress-free—you’re a rockstar!

I just wanted to give a big shoutout to the amazing team at this Home Depot. There are a lot of great people here who go above and beyond, and they deserve some real recognition. First, Joan up at the front — always a sweetheart and incredibly helpful every time I walk in. Over in Doors & Windows, Eduarda and Yonni are lifesavers. No matter what curveball I throw at them, they’re always ready to help me figure out a solution so I can keep my projects moving. And to my guys over in Tool Rental I wish I remembered all your names, but just know I appreciate you. You’ve helped me out more times than I can count. People like you are the reason I keep coming back. Thank you all for making the chaos of construction just a little bit easier.
