I was very pleased at home Depot clean, organized, structure and the customer service was excellent.. They have a verify of cleaning products and home decor that Im going to be testing will be reviewing as well. I will say this though if you haven't brought your kids, or seen their Halloween displays you are in for a trick or treat..

David Holnesd in the Millwork department at Home Depot store 0122 provided outstanding service. He was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I ordered the correct windows, not just a close match. He took the time to explain measurements, options, and differences clearly, which made the whole process easy and stress free. David knows his craft and takes pride in doing things the right way. Because of his help, I’m confident the order was done correctly the first time. This level of service is exactly why I keep coming back. Home Depot is fortunate to have someone like David in Millwork. Excellent experience from start to finish.

Just had a great experience at Home Depot Savannah(Abercorn). I was offered help by multiple staff members throughout the store and Mr.Earnest was so kind and willing to bring down a pallet of Christmas decor so I could get the only Christmas’s Golden retriever left. Wait time was next to none and the ladies at customer service were very welcoming while I waited.

Excellent! Great customer service! Shannon was super helpful today. A wet/dry vacuum was on sale online at Home Depot but not in store. They didn’t have the exact same one in store but a slightly different one that was more expensive. So Shannon made sure that I got the price as the one online. 5/5 stars!

I would like to acknowledge outstanding customer service in our Savannah Southside store (on abervorm st) .... Julie is absolutely AWESOME she has helped my family on several different occasions as our house was damaged during hurricane Helene last year and we are still trying to rebuild. Julie is always smiling and goes above and beyond to help in any way she can . She made our experience so much easier and stress free. She should be recognized for her outstanding customer service.
