Friendly employees and awesome return policies. Signing up for the reward program is definitely worth it since it logs your transactions so you won’t need to keep your receipt for any returns you need to make. Super convenient. Of course, Home Depot has that classic and icon lumber/construction smell, and honestly the store is very well organized and the employees seem to enjoy their jobs. Lots of projects have been done thanks to the help I’ve gotten from Home Depot!

Bought a new French door refrigerator from them on Black Friday, got it yesterday. Beautiful fridge. Delivered late but with holidays that is to be expected sometimes. A little damage on first attempt but the manager Dean, and customer support folks, Jane and Beatrice, and delivery guys Josh and Thomas were professional courteous and friendly. Will definitely be getting our next oven and microwave from them too. Can't say enough good things about this Homedepot!

The biggest plus for me is that the woman helping me was extremely helpful and took care of my order and set up delivery in a timely manner, made sure I had the right product ordered and had a great attitude. I wish I would have written her name down...long day and was tired. I went about an hour before they close which is usually when customers are tired and not at their peak but, she was great. The company really need to work on the computer that answers the phones though It has improved some but, still needs work.

I recently went in to purchase some larger items that I needed assistance with being I’m in a wheelchair and can’t reach I went to the service desk where I was rudely met by a young girl named Charlie who acted as if I was a ghost while she stood talking on her cell phone…. After a minute she rudely asked what I wanted like I was a burden to her I rolled away and asked someone more friendly and helpful I think this girl should be fired I would never allow someone to treat a costumer with such disrespect! Will not be going back to this location be cause of her!

Yesterday, we bought kitchen cabinets for a remodel project. The guy working in cabinets helped locate each cabinet. (They were all in stock.) Then he called for help for taking them off the shelves. Four people showed up. They all worked together, efficiently and agreeably. They helped find a couple other items we needed. They stayed with us until we were checked out and loaded. It was a big load, and barely fit, but each person did everything possible. These were heavy big boxes, and had to be loaded like a puzzle for together. No one groaned or complained.
