I recently attempted to return a brand-new power tool, still in its original condition with an unopened battery (sold separately) and a clearly visible manual. Despite having my receipt, I was met with immediate resistance from the associate who opened the package herself and repeatedly insisted she was “trying to help,” all while being condescending and dismissive. She continuously asked about a “battery manual,” even though the battery was never opened and the tool’s manual was present and intact. The situation escalated when a manager arrived—not to resolve the issue, but to tell me “so what” when I tried to explain, and then essentially harassed me into leaving the store. It felt less like a genuine policy concern and more like I was being forced out to avoid honoring a return on a cle

The help desk for Windows and Doors was very knowledgeable. They did come in a little later than the opening of the store.

My wife and I rented a van here and were helped by Bill. The entire process went very smoothly, and we truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism we received. The van was also very clean and well-maintained. Great experience overall.

Home Depot is literally my second home. As a contractor and pro elite, there are certain Home Depot locations I avoid due to previous mishaps or bad customer service. I was dreading coming to this location but I was on a time crunch. Mo has completely changed my perspective on your store. He was patient, courteous and overall an awesome rep. The opposite of the last interaction I had. We need more Mo’s in our life. Thanks a ton Mo, you were amazing and I’ll probably see you more often now

Update: Fast service witha smile! Halloween is upon us! AND apparently X-Mas... Lots of crazy decorations. Great place to get your DYI on. Highly recommend.
