I wanted to share a quick note of appreciation for the exceptional service I received at "MY" local Home Depot today. Usually, the experience is: step 1, ask for help; step 2, get pointed toward an aisle; and step 3, spend 10 minutes rummaging to find the actual item. Today was different. Marianna went above and beyond by not just giving me directions, but personally walking me to the correct aisle and staying with me to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. This kind of hands-on service is rare and much appreciated. Thank you, Marianna!

I have been a Home Depot customer for over 30 years. This is by far the least responsive store I have worked with. In this past year I have had several large orders, 20+k in windows, 15K in siding and more. Every order has been very late and arrived incorrect, or not arrived at all. Mistakes happen but despite repeated requests, I have never heard from a manager to help resolve my issues despite being told I would. For example, Amy, a manager, has not called despite 3 different store associates telling me she would. I now drive the extra 45 minutes to make my purchases at the store in Kyle.

Jim in Windows and doors is absolutely amazing. He always goes above and beyond to help his customers. He has the best customer service! As a long time customer of Home Depot and he is always the employee that stands out willing to help! THANK YOU JIM FOR BEING THE BEST HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEE!

The store was filthy, wood was not kept in racks and was just sloppy laying about. The store looked like a tornado wiped through it. The younger staff were rude and acting the fool. This store manager should be ashamed to have their store look as bad as this one did. Just very uncomfortable vibe due to the above. Drive into San Antonio either the Brooks city base or live oak for a clean store with professional staffers.

Positive results today except for the long wait to return too short of a screw. More people in training than assisting customers. Once I found someone free it went quickly. The last time I was there buying the screws the lights on the hardware were all turn off. Saving a dime I guess. Still off two weeks later. Staff were helpful. Found the correct screws and got out quickly.
