I’m giving five stars to a woman named Nikita Wilson. She’s a supervisor at the store in Sevierville. She alone quickly as ascertain what my problem was and had it cured within 20 to 30 minutes. Previously, I had spent 25 to 30 minutes, ordering for delivery a particular product for one of my homes. I own multiple rental homes in the area. When I had gone in on Friday, someone took my information and said they’d get back with me and get the proper delivery ASAP. Now We all know ASAP means? Good luck, Chuck Enter me coming in on Wednesday four days later. She saw the notes from the previous woman on Friday. And has dated came up with a solution quickly and I thank her for that. I want to start out by saying my initial impression of my visit for the first time to the Home Depot in Sevierville was amazing! The staff could not have been more helpful. I bought 18 sheets of underlayment three-quarter inch which is heavy and two associates immediately came over and started loading it on a cart for me. I was amazed. Then I needed to rent a truck to transport the sheets to the Job 20 minutes away. Mr. Villanueva was more than helpful and informative. However, I’m only giving three stars because of my experience, dealing with a refund for wrong material that I purchased that total of $9101.24. I waited in that store for about three hours in total I left and came back three times because that’s what they instructed me to do. Finally, the issue was resolved this morning. My

I love this store and all the helpful workers. From the assistant manager Scott, Jane and Margorie in appliances to Brett in flooring, it's the best store for all your home projects and everyday essentials. I highly recommend this Home Depot!!

HORRIBLE! (no surprise given its the South). I am strongly considering writing a COMPLAINT against all involved parties - I would frankly not recommend this place to my worst enemies. I had to wait forever (and I mean forever), I got some of the most BOTTOM OF THE BARREL service when I did. I asked repeatedly for the price of wood and wood-related items and had some of the most inept and non-professional experiences with staff. I don't understand why people are this incompetent compared to DC stores where I live. I will KEEP DRIVING and so should you. Home Depot is better where I live!

Madison along with all the girls in customer service were amazing helping me with a return. They even helped me by suggesting ways to have receipts saved and emailed to prevent any future issues. They really went above and beyond!!! Give them all a raise, and no, giving them a ladder or stool and calling that a raise does not count. They really care about their customers.
