The Home Depot

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I went to this store to purchase a refrigerator, but learned that they do not carry ANY fridges in stock in store - they must be ordered. I ordered one and it was set to arrive on Saturday at the store (they don’t deliver to my location). On Saturday night, I was notified that the fridge didn’t deliver because the delivery driver was too lazy to bring it inside. They rescheduled for Tuesday. On Tuesday, I was notified that it again didn’t deliver because the shipping company cancelled my order. I was told Home Depot would cancel my order and i could reorder. So, I said I’d like a discount if I reordered and was told that I would get a call from the appliance manager the next day. As an individual who has physical limitations, every time I go to Home Depot I receive exceptional service, professionally, and personally, from every employee I interact with. Many of those employees exceed my expectations every time we meet. These employees range from those that retrieve baskets from the parking lot all the way up to store managers. I refuse to shop anywhere else for the products that I buy from Home Depot. This also includes items that I am researching to determine the best fit for my project. I cannot thank them enough. 3 years ago, we bought a house and turned it into our dream home with the help of the team at this store. Some items we bought in store w pick up, some we had delivered and 1 item online w delivery from the store. We have painted outside and inside the home, stain fence, stain front door, flowers, boarder, peg board, sprinkler hose, and system replaced, just to name a few. Went to Home Depot today to pick up filters For my house. They're always nice and helpful. Yay customer service. Ray to assist when you need them. They're prices for the filters are very reasonable and actually was cheaper than Walmart.
