I want to commend the employees at the front entrance return counter stopped around 1:00PM today for rock salt and Yanet directed me to a pallet in the first aisle. Due to back surgery I was unable to lift the 50lb bag so returned to counter inquiring if there was any smaller bags. A gentleman (didn't get his name possibly a manager) listened to my concern, assured me could assist, resolved my issue and directed me back to Yanet to ring me out. 100% Satisfied with the excellent customer service!

wanted to take a moment to recognize John from Customer Service who helped me this evening. He was incredibly helpful, went above and beyond, and worked with me to find a solution to a return issue that wasn’t straightforward. This level of service is exactly why I continue to shop exclusively at Home Depot.

Everyone has been out of ice melt due to a snow/sleet storm so I called around about water softener which is salt based and can be used to melt ice. I eventually checked in with home depot. The lady I spoke to said someone had just come back to return 3 bags. I thanked her but after looking into it a little more there were mixed reviews about how well it worked. Less then 10 minutes later I got a call from the same lady I spoked to and she told me they just received a load of ice melt and to come asap. Who would ever think to call someone back to let them know about a new delivery of ice melt. I don't know the name of this person, but she had an accent, and whoever this person is, she deserves a BIG raise for how she totally raised the bar regarding excellent customer service, which is rar

My son and I are building a robot, we needed help finding parts. Purely a father/son DIY creative project and when asked if I needed help finding anything by Tim at the front of the store, I told him what we were looking for. Had a great idea for parts and was super kind. Great job, we appreciate your effort and attention.

Helpful staff. My bathroom fan quit working, so I took the motor assembly in to show an associate, and I asked him to help me find a replacement. He thought it looked good, so he tested it, and it worked! He told how I could take it apart and clean it and that I could use plain Vaseline for lube. He also showed me a $5 tube of plumber's grease as an alternative, but he didn't pressure me to buy anything. Thanks for saving me time and money!
