I placed an order online and the wrong item was put in the locker. Next stand in line to return their mistake then go search for it myself so not really seeing the advantage here of online ordering... At least the gentleman in returns was really nice.

Re: Snohomish Store 38 minutes for 4 associates to get a SINGLE bundle of lath out of the overhead. What a joke. There were no other customers in front of me waiting for help. If ya'll cared at all about customer service the associates could've retrieved this rather light item with a ladder. Instead I had to wait 38 minutes for some kid to nearly knock over a bunch of stuff with a forklift. Clearly the management of this store isn't training anyone.

Rented a log splitter, did a cord in about 1 hour. Worked great.

Waited in a long line to check out. Then told to go to customer service to check out and waited there for a long time. I finally abandoned my cart and left because I wasn't going to wait line all over again. The dark haired gal gladly took my shopping cart and said have a nice day. Who cares that I shopped for over an hour to leave with nothing. On my way to Lowes. This regular customer will not be back. Terrible customer service.
