The staff were polite and the truck itself worked fine, but I would recommend asking about the final total price in advance to avoid surprises.

I purchased a portable AC unit last month, we used it for about three days, but the unit is starting to have issues, it will not cool down. At times it would blow warm air, about a week and a half from the date we bought it I took it back to the Home Depot in South Plainfield, I tried to return it, but they said they don’t accept this type of items after seven days are being purchased. Renee immediately knew what he was doing and took care of my return without any confusion. He was extremely knowledgeable, walked me through every step, helped me purchase the right appliance, and stayed with me the entire time.
