I’ve been coming to this Home Depot for years and have always had normal, pleasant experiences. Today was different. As usual, I went to self-checkout, but a staff member followed me to the register and took my items to ring them up himself, as if I couldn’t be trusted to scan them. I did not see him do this with anyone else nearby. It felt very strange and uncomfortable, and honestly, like I was being singled out. I’ve never had that kind of experience here before, and it left me feeling uneasy.

This is the second time i got bad sheetrock. Last year i bout 60 boards of ultra light 1/2 and the guy complained the hold time hanging them. I just did my basement 23 boards of the same and same issue cracked fell a part easy crumbles in your hand. I went to lowes to get more and the sheets are perfect. Dont go back to Home Depot atleast for there 2x4s and sheetrock absolute trash and it’s a shame cause last year I renovated my whole main floor and probably spent 200 grand with them and I can honestly say I would think twice about going back only good for weekend projects no real construction

Knowledgeable staff that is helpful and pleasant, which is hard to come by these days. Great selection of plants and household items. Large parking lot with multiple entrances. Affordable prices for flooring, especially if you purchase and have installed by them, they offer specials. Always a favorite, will keep returning.

I just left Best Buy with horrible customer service and went to Home Depot with the best customer service and purchased a new washer machine. The team was so helpful from the sales person to all the managers. They cared and gave you attention. Will be back.
