Joseph from the flooring department deserves his flowers! He was extremely helpful, patient, informative, and overall made my shopping experience, so smooth and simple. I cannot think him enough because shopping for flooring can be tedious, but thanks to Joseph; I got the best tiles for the best price. I’d also love to give Giovanni recognition as well. He delivered my flooring and he did such a great job. I wasn’t prepared for the delivery, but that did not stop him from making sure all the pallets were placed inside of my business. He did an efficient job in a great amount of timing. Thank you guys so so much.

This location is nice. It is well stocked. They have nice employees. From time to time, there has been issues when trying to check out. I have had to go back to where I picked up the items to take a picture of the price as the cashier couldn't figure out the prices. I could have stood there and waited for a knowledgeable employee, but ain't nobody got time for that... An employee did show up but had no clue. Since the item in question was right around the corner, I just took matters into my own hands, went back, and took the picture. This place has room to improve, but it is a nice store. The girl at the check-out was helpful in giving me some moves so I wasn't so amateur. Sorry, I missed her name altogether. When ever I am in need of any plumbing advise on what I need to purchase and how to do it, I Always go to Gary in plumbing who has a wealth of knowledge and willing to share with anyone who is in need! We need more people like Gary in Every department. Also I was in a hurry for an item and called for Gary at the store. Explained what I needed and went and got it from another department and left it at customer service for me to save me time. An indispensable employee.

Nate in plumbing helped me on 10/21/25 at approximately 4:55, knew his department and was very willing to help. I don’t leave reviews often and for the most part when I come to homedepot I don’t expect much from the employees but Nate however changed that for me. More employees like Nate!
