The Home Depot

Christmas trees seem harder to find this year, but Home Depot in Southlake still had a solid selection at great prices. Nice winter plants, too. What really made the experience stand out was the customer service, especially from John and Daniel. They were incredibly helpful, quick to assist, and genuinely friendly. Much appreciated!

I wanted to share what a great experience I have been having lately at the Southlake Home Depot. John, Chris, and Jackie helped me pick up supplies for my son’s birthday and they were fantastic. They took the time to walk through options with me and really made sure I found everything I needed. It was one of those experiences where you can tell people actually care about helping rather than just pointing you to an aisle. I also have to thank Sandra for helping me with a mulch order when I was not able to pick it up on time because of my husband’s schedule. She handled everything so kindly and made what could have been a hassle incredibly easy. I grew up here and have always shopped at Home Depot. Our experience was outstanding! The subject matter expertise of the young lady mixing our paint (I'm sorry I didn't get her name (we were there around 5 - 6:30 pm Sat. 2/28) ) was incredibly helpful. Additionally, the lady who assisted at the cash register, Kerleen, was so friendly and also extremely helpful. We are grateful for them both! We've decided this will be our home base Home Depot.

This Home Depot location provides outstanding service. The store is well-staffed with knowledgeable, friendly individuals who have provided significant assistance to me on numerous occasions. I will keep using HD for my major and minor home improvement purchases as long as they keep hiring high-quality staff.

Great Home Depot. Always clean and plenty of help to ask questions if needed. Don in the plumbing section was very helpful and took plenty of time to help walk me through repairs at my house. I wound up buying more than I was planning but it'll get the job done correctly. The guy deserves a raise!
