Extremely grateful for the Home Depot Staff They helped me a lot with some home improvements that I have been doing and I keep doing. Especially thankful towards Drew Intong he is such a good person and he likes to explain things and is a very honest . 💕

Still waiting on just something to be completed on our kitchen renovations. Walked into kitchen design over 3 months ago since then 15k spent and nothing to show for it. The wrong color cabinets delivered!!!! Was told a "glitch" was responsible. They expidited replacement and offered 500 compensation which is something but still adding 4 to 6 weeks without a kitchen with added cost to eat out and added stress at home it doesnt seem fair. Also we ordered tile with installation and we cannot even get on there installers schedule. I understand that is on there contracter but it still has added to our increasing frustration with the whole process. After saving for years for our kitchen project. Our dream has just turned into a cycle of frustration and dissapointment with not much hope of it

Outstanding Customer Service! Earlier today, I purchased a large Tool Chest Combo at the North Spokane location. I was eager to have it in the garage but my Rav4 wasn't as willing and able. It took two trips but three gentlemen went above and beyond to make today a successful home depot visit. They unmounted the top portion, assisted in the removal of the casters, and lifted each portion into my rig. They labeled the bottom portion clearly and it standing by in the PRO Desk area, provided an info brochure on rental trucks if my car wasn't going to be able to do the job, and had a great attitude throughout the entire process. Came in about 5 minutes til closing and the guy, I just recalled his name, it was Willie! Well he helped me track down what I came there for ASAP! Very nice man, engaging in conversation effortlessly and not making me feel like I shouldn't be trying to shop in a DIY hardware store! We couldnt find the 4 pack of curtain rod hardware like I saw on the website but we did indeed find what I needed! He even opened up a closed til after all the days ends customers were gathered at the only 2 open registers for over 5 minutes, just to help us all get out the store so they could close! Just very pleased with the customer service and then seeing the comradre of the team working together was nice too! Good job guys!
