Mornings! Great time to shop. Will be fireworks sells at Home Depot this year? The tent 🎪 is up already. I'm too curious sometimes 😂. Spring Hill is lacking action

Finding someone on the floor is basically a side quest, so yeah I’m knocking a star off for that. But once you finally track down an employee (usually after wandering around like you’re in a maze), they’re always pleasant, helpful, and surprisingly knowledgeable. And honestly, they usually have everything you need, whether you order online or go in. Just be prepared to play a little hide‑and‑seek first.

Extremely disappointed with Home Depot truck rental. I was charged $1,050for 4 days box truck rental, which is absolutely outrageous. There was zero transparency about fees, deposits, or how the final amount would be calculated. I would never have rented if the true cost had been clear upfront. Do yourself a favor and use U-Haul instead. Their prices are way more reasonable and clearly stated. Stay away from Home Depot truck rental unless you want to risk getting hit with insane charges like I did. Total rip-off experience.

My son has autism and we visit the store every Sunday morning. The great employees like Mark Fred, Jackie and Wendy (to name a few) always treat him with love and respect. We,ve never had a problem with our purchases and the store is consistently neat, clean and organized. Thanks, everyone!

Terrible customer service. Sindy the girl who handles returns at the Springhill location is the most rude and condescending customer service person I have seen in some time. I got a gift for Christmas that I had to return without a receipt This is something I don’t like to do return gifts, but I didn’t need the product. She tells me is the last time I can return something to them without a receipt. Now I understand their are store policies and I get that. But I shop at both Home Depot and Lowe’s and I spend thousands of dollars a year. But when you come off with that kind of attitude like I’m trying to rip the store off. That is ridiculous. If you do not like your job or you can’t be friendly, then working in customer service might be a bad choice and you should look for a different line
