I finally decided to pull the trigger and buy a Tuff Shed and this is the location that I came to. Let me start off by saying Asia Jones is a total angel. She was so sweet and patient and helpful with helping me design my dream shed. I literally love her personality so much. She made this entire process SO fun. We were smiling and laughing the entire time. Asia is such an asset to this company. Also honorable mention, a man named Justin was also talking with us here and there and he was awesome too! This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a Home Depot. No other locations have ever held a candle to the customer service at this one! Thank you Asia for helping me and taking your time to make everything perfect. Whatever Home Depot is paying you, it’s not enough! Give this woman

I rented a box truck for moving today from the location at kuykendahl and 99, best experience I ever had. So easy, affordable and staff was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I will definitely use them again for moving needs and all other tool rentals. Really nice location and store.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Kids Workshop Experience We had an amazing experience at the Home Depot Kids Workshop on January 3. There was no registration required- we just happened to be in the store and our kids were immediately welcomed in. There were tons of kids (the best kind of happy chaos!), and the staff handled it beautifully. Everyone was friendly, organized, and genuinely excited to have the kids there. The atmosphere was fun, inclusive, and stress-free, and every child walked away smiling. This is exactly how a kids workshop should feel: welcoming, well-run, and full of joy. We’ll absolutely be back! I didn't initially review but after our disappointing Lowe's workshop today I felt compelled to give HD the credit they deserved.

Tomika Gill in the flooring department was absolutely amazing. She quickly and professionally fixed a pricing error on the wood planks by honoring the listed price, all while being kind, patient, and respectful. She made the entire experience stress-free and truly showed what excellent customer service looks like. Best part is she did all of this without making us feel like an inconvenience. Home Depot is lucky to have her, and I will definitely ask for her again.

Aaron from the plumbing department was super helpful on Sunday 03/01 afternoon. I walked in with a Glacier Bay 4 inch faucet that was leaking from the cartridges. Aaron walked us to the hardware department and took apart the faucet to identify the correct cartridges. It was a $20 repair for both cartridges instead of a $70 new faucet and a 3 day lead time. Thanks Aaron!!!
