What a huge, new and amazing store. Have shopped at many Home Depot but this was one of the newest, biggest and well stocked ones that I have ever been in. Easy to find with a ton of parking as well as helpful and knowledgeable employees. Was looking for a 20" battery powered fan, was brought to the fan area by an employee and saw a well stocked area but regretfully not an product that I was looking for. Again, if you live in the area of this store please make sure you have this place as your home improvement supplier.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Home Depot’s window and door installation process. The windows were ordered months ago in 2025 and have been sitting in their warehouse for several months, waiting for the completion of my home and permit approval. When the installers finally arrived, they did not have the front door or the sliding glass door. This is unacceptable, especially considering the materials were supposedly stored and ready. To make matters worse, the installation that was completed was sloppy and lacked attention to detail. We reached out to James, the lead installer. Nice store but they do the kids monthly build it shop outside. It is 83 degrees and gnats at 9 in the morning and not enough tables, left with the kit. They cut the area down by half . Is this a permanent change? Of the four we go to this is the only area who sticks us outside. I watched a lot of parents leaving with the kit as well. Not much fun as at Durban or St Augustine proper.

I continue to be impressed each time I shop at this store. The staff are both friendly and knowledgeable. Today, Drew was able to solve a power cord issue on an item I had been attempting to install. Problem solved, job done.

After three decades of shopping at Home Depot, I can confidently say that my recent experience at this particular location has been the most disappointing yet. The overall atmosphere felt more like a prison than a home improvement store, primarily due to the excessive security measures in place. It's disheartening to see the entire power tool section locked up, forcing customers to navigate through a maze of barriers just to access basic tools. This setup not only feels unnecessary but also conveys a sense of unease. Furthermore, the parking situation at this store is nothing short of a nightmare. The parking lot is incredibly cramped, making it nearly impossible for larger vehicles, such as trucks, to find a spot. It’s baffling how a store that caters to contractors and construction work
