I never write reviews however I needed to let you know how helpful the employee named Frank is! We started remodeling our home 6 years ago, all six years we have ran into Frank while coming to the store for things we needed. Frank has gone ABOVE and BEYOND to help us find what we needed. He is so kind and it is so appreciated to us!!! You really have an amazing employee working for you.
I had some complications with an online order and a manager (Rafael) helped resolve the situation. It was frustrating at first, but his help will keep me a future customer.
The staff is very helpful at this location. I think they deserve a review for helping me and my family find the right furnace filter. The sales person took his time explaining the different levels of filtration. Highly recommended.
We had am issue with a broken shower surround we ordered online, the woman at the customer service went above and beyond to have another store delivere a new one to our house that same day, AWESOME JOB
