best homedepot on the island. really nice with new parking lot. when I need help I just go to the service desk for help.

I came to this home depot for a kids workshop. I was registered for a workshop, when we came in the workshop at 11:15 it was still ongoing but an assistant said he won’t give us any supplies and won’t let us join the workshop without stating a sufficient reason for it. My child started crying because we’re going there for a year now and they could’ve given us supplies home or at least state that there will be live wait. I don’t get why am I supposed to register if people who didn’t can come in anyway. Either organise your staff because they were extremely rude and I don’t know how they are allowed to work with kids or don’t let those who didn’t register join because this is just unfair.

Don’t come to this Home Depot if you have epilepsy or any other eye condition, seriously. I think this is the second time I’ve been here where all of the emergency lights in the store are flashing, giving me a headache and dizziness. Staff are very nice and pointed me to what I needed, so I didn’t need to spend too long in the store.

Better customer service than the lowes down the block here you can actually find someone to help but lowes offers first responder discount and home depot doesnt so I use both

I had a fantastic experience at the Home Depot on Forest Ave. SINY location, thanks to Sarah in the Window Treatment Department. She was incredibly helpful in guiding me through all the options and making sure I found exactly what I needed. On top of that, she even followed up afterward to ensure everything was going smoothly which was really reassuring. Definitely some of the best customer service I've had in a while.
