The Home Depot

I had such a positive experience shopping there a few weeks back. I was at the Stratford, CT location at 6am looking for supplies. I was moving and had to repair somethings. Abraham from overnight was so helpful, kind and patient. I was looking for that vinyl lattice that goes outside and some other framing items. He made sure I found everything. He showed me where the self cutting area was and guided me through it, so I wouldn't cut my finger off. There also was a manger that was very helpful but I didn't get his name.

This Home Depot is one of my favorite ones to go to. They always have everything in stock and the staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. There is one particular employee that I would like to be recognized and that is Ted from windows and doors. Ted is always very helpful and patient with my husband. We needed to buy a customized commercial garage door and it has been a journey going through it. But Ted has been helping us along side to make this process go easier and smoother. If it was not for Ted I think we would have left the door behind. Thank you Ted for being patient, knowledgeable, kind, and always going above and beyond.

I went to home depot looking for several items, I needed some assistance, we ask an associate (Brent) he was awesome he help up with things we needed and also gave me the accurate information about how to use them. Recently purchased a stove and it was delivered with awful window time, delivery guys DO NO SPEAK ENGLISH! Stove was scratched and bent... probably thought I would not notice. Customer Service was AWFUL! AWFUL! The delivery guys took it up on themselves to connect the stove after there being a charge for the installer to come in thought the same day but NOT! You have to wait for another day for the installer to come out to your home. Spoke and explained everything to customer service and mentioned my 71 year mom lives in the home and not knowing if they connected the stove properly and customer service said....then call the fire department... with a nasty tone. I advise if you need appliances go elsewhere! DO NOT SHOP AT HOME DEPOT... RUN AND RUN!

Excellent place with complete variety ranging construction, decor, home appliances, planting etc. I visited their for the some tools but was really impressed to see the range of products, you can have almost everything from screws to large drills and cutters and from small switches to security cameras. Really recommend.
