The Home Depot

I visited this Home Depot store multiple times or multiple reasons but always receive great customer service however, today received what I will call exceptional customer service from one specific employee in the lumber department by the name of Arnold. The store has a great customer service team from management all the way to the associates in the parking lot helping load things into my car amazing customer service and well done Home Depot Stuart Arnold receives 10 stars for the service provided today in the lumber department

I live home depot, but lately the in store shopping experience is just not good. Online pickup order carts are stacked everywhere, cardboard displays are setup everywhere in the way. It's almost impossible to maneuver a large cart around the store without hitting things. It makes it very hard to move the cart when there is stuff Blocking almost every isle. I've seen pickup orders sit for a week before dissappearing.

This is my 2nd 5-star review for this Home Depot. Just finished 2-rooms of new carpet and the whole process was great. Special call-out to Renee in the Stuart location! Her help and advice was very important in a great result. It's folks like her that make Home Depot great!

I would like to give a huge shootout to Trevor at this location. He is absolutely awesome. He was very helpful, kind and patient, definitely made me feel more secure about driving out of town with a bed on my truck. Thank you again Trevor, we really appreciated the help.

We loved our experience at Home Depot! We went and we were loving the deals and having a great time. Also, we love that it is pet friendly and I wanted to acknowledge that everyone was so kind but especially for an employee named Ed, who was so helpful and really went above and beyond and helping us find cushions for our new patio furniture.
