The Home Depot

I had an excellent experience at this Home Depot. Even though the store was packed for the holiday season, multiple employees went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed for my hot water tank and sink. The plumbing staff took the time to answer my questions and make sure I had the right parts, and the front register team was friendly, patient, and efficient. The store is large, well staffed, and the overall vibe is very customer-focused. Best of all, they’re open until 11:00 PM, which made it much easier for me to get this project done on my schedule. I forgot something and the store was already closing and the register person actually rung up my stuff while I went to go get it and it was nice enough to help me out.No complaints at all — highly recommended.

We had a great experience. We were looking for a Christmas tree and couldn't find the box. Max helped us search the entire store for 25min and then got approval from the manager to sell us the floor sample at a discount. He had fantastic disposition, helping us load it and coming to the register with us and had all the patience and time to help us search. Would recommend the store and finding him to help you with your needs!

I had a great experience with Hugo in the lumber department. Even on a holiday, he was pleasant and made sure he got everything right. He didn't make me feel rushed or like he couldn't assist with my cut order unlike an encounter I had earlier... What an asset to your team he is.
