The Home Depot

We had an excellent experience. It was an easy process - and a terrific value. I had called for several bids before going with Home Depot. Starting with our design consultant (sweet Ken Hurt in flooring at the Sunset Valley Home Depot) we saved money by picking up our tiles and supplies at the store when they were shipped. Gonzalez Tile And Stone did the installation - they arrived on time and they did excellent work and a great clean up. Home Depot only uses vetted trusted professional contractors - so customers get great work AND a ONE YEAR WARRANTY. The hubby and I are pleased with the value and quality. We look forward to having visitors in our fabulous guest room.

I had such a great experience at this Home Depot thanks to an employee named Greg, who went above and beyond in every way. I came in looking for a few things, and of course ended up grabbing more than I could comfortably carry — and Greg noticed and offered to get me a cart without me even asking. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, helping me track down everything on my list. He didn’t just point — he personally walked me to the aisles, made sure I found exactly what I needed, and double-checked that I was set before moving on. What really stood out was his genuine kindness. I saw him greeting other customers with the same warmth and helpful attitude, checking on people to make sure they were finding what they needed, and just creating an overall positive atmosphere.

Went in to get some Titebond wood glue. Easy to find with the Home Depot app. It told me the aisle and bin where it was located. Also, staff was very friendly, with two or three staff greeting me ans asking if they could help.

Today I went in to buy a t30 screwdriver bit and it took me a minute to find until a worker asked if I needed help... Guess I was wondering the 2 aisles too much and told someone to ask me if I needed help which I did and was very thankful for his help. He helped me and I got what I needed and went to self checkout. The guy said #8 is open so I walk over there and another worker stands there and took it upon herself to grab the hand gun and scan my items ( which she only scanned one & I had 2, guess she didn't see the other one in my other hand) and then walked away and stood by the exit. I'm thought to myself, am I not capable of scanning my own stuff??? I don't steal and if you was watching me y'all was watching the wrong person cuz that's not what I do. She didn't go to any other regist

The equipment fell apart at two different home depot. this home depot They're not even going to give me a discount after I fix their equipment for them. Not cool. Oh, I'm sorry. They gave me $50 off. $700. Three days of looking like an fool in front of my customers and the seven hundred dollar charge to boot. I think I'll buy from here and out
