The Home Depot

I went there today to buy paint. When I walked in the door, two employees were standing there to welcome me and ask if I needed help finding anything. Once I was in the paint department, the lady there worked one on one with me to pick the right paint color. She showed me on her computer that she has a record of all the other paint colors I’ve bought there previously. What a wonderful service. And again, as I was leaving, someone else asked if I Needed help. Of course there was someone at the Self-checkout To assist if needed. I left the store with a smile today feeling like they really wanted my business. Kudos to the store. I’m going to make it a point to shop there for all of my hardware needs.

They went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, with great patience and professionalism. It’s rare to see that level of care and positive attitude these days — thank you both for making my shopping experience such a great one! 👏👏

Needed (40) -2" x 6" x 12' and after counting the stack of remaining of said dimensions I needed assistance with retrieving the 4 I would have needed as they had but 36 on the floor. I asked for assistance and was immediately met with an associate who practically loaded the lumber on my cart when I was wrapping up purchases at the desk. Everything was great and the atmosphere made me feel like I had walked in a store with a great workforce comradere and ambitious work ethics 10/10

Well my experience was average as it's the home depot.store layout a little different than most home depots but it had what I needed and the staff was pleasant.Nothing that would hold me back from going there again.Go for it

I was standing at the paint counter for several mins with no one around. I then asked someone for help that was near by , and he said “oh , you gotta wait like 20 mins. The only paint guy is in a meeting!” I find this absolutely absurd that i have to wait around for 20 mins because they ONLY have one person to mix paint in this large store simply because they decided to have a meeting during business hours.
