The Home Depot

Very grateful for the staff at this location. I walked in unsure of where to go and an off duty employee greeted me and directed me where to go for turf for my balcony. Im an avid DIYer so i come to home depot quite a bit, but this experience was like none other. Thanking you to Michelle for sizing it out, Richard for cutting and CARRYING my turf to checkout for me (i have a sprained shoulder that he didn’t even know about), brittany checked me out with a smile, and kane carried and placed the turf in my car carefully avoiding my plants in the back seat. Im beyond grateful for these employees as they made my day. My puppy loves the turf on the balcony by the way. Great quality turf

I wanted to personally thank the manager Alex L and Cassandra on all the help they provided the last few months with all the orders for our new home. Alex has made it his business to always reach out and assist us in all our needs. We pass about 12 different Home Depot’s before getting to the Stadium Home Depot, but we choose to take the ride just because of the customer service and professionalism they serve. We will continue to visit this location for our future products and projects coming up. We appreciate all the staff at this location for all they did for us. Everyone here is wonderful and were extremely helpful. I give them 5 STARS. I hope they receive the acknowledgment they deserve.

I had such a great experience with the flooring department at Home Depot! The associate who helped me was Leo! He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to every detail. Leo walked me through different flooring options, explained the pros and cons of each, and helped me choose the perfect fit for my home and budget. What really stood out was their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond — from checking inventory to making sure I had all the necessary materials for installation. They made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and stress-free. Exceptional customer service and true expertise. This was the best customer service experience we had at a Home Depot. Leo was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He stayed with us and showed us where all the items we were shopping for were. Normally you can't find an employee when shopping at Home Depot and when you do they don't know the answer. Leo's display of great customer service should be rewarded with a promotion or a raise, great job Leo.

Incredible Service! The Stadium Home Depot team is top-notch. We were looking for an item the website said was in stock, but couldn’t find it. Two associates went above and beyond searching for us. After we gave up and were literally pulling out of the parking lot, one of them ran to our car shouting, "I found it!" Talk about dedication! They truly saved the day. This is how you win a customer for life.
