The Home Depot

The service at this location is top notch. Multiple employees were willing to help me with some heavy items I purchased. Jeremy, in particular, was very friendly and helpful! I used to have better experiences at Lowe's, but lately Home Depot has improved significantly.

This isn’t even a product review or review on the facility itself but there was a rep by the name Lora who was working near the customer service area. I had my dog with me and training her but she was so nice and kind to my dog. She’s a great example of customer service

I want to give a huge thank you to Jeremy at Home Depot. He noticed I was struggling to load my car in the parking lot and approached me so politely to offer help. He was an absolute gentleman—kind, respectful, and patient—and helped me load everything with no hesitation. His willingness to help truly made my day, and I greatly appreciate his outstanding customer service. Home Depot is lucky to have him!

This location is a reliable choice for home improvement needs. The store is well-organized, and I was able to find what I needed without much trouble. The staff was helpful and answered my questions, but they weren’t overly pushy, which I appreciated. They had a good selection of products, and the checkout process was straightforward. Overall, a solid shopping experience at this HD.

Brian at customer service is the absolute best! He went above & beyond to make sure I left with the sale items I was looking for!
