The Home Depot

I had a very pleasant time shopping at this Home Depot in Newbury Park off of Wendy. I was met by Jim, a very knowledgeable associate ! He took the time to assist me in finding Dog Shampoo carpet cleaner ! Jim was very professional and knew so much and asked me if I needed help finding anything else! This specific Home Depot is my favorite , as they always keep the parking lot clean, the store is clean a neatly stocked shelves , carts stocked and seem to always have the products I need as a general contractor ! This store gets a 10 out of 10 from me ! Keep up the good work team! and a BIG THANKS TO JIM! Giving this store a huge high five for everything over these past 15 years! Keep it up team! This Home Depot is the best. The only downside is they no longer have rentals expect a carpet machine and a few small items but it’s still my favorite place to shop.

Summer at the Thousand Oaks store of Home Depot is professional thoughtful and patient with the way she has always helped me. I found her desk located right by the kitchen cabinet samples and sat with her. During that first time together I really didn't know what I was doing as I was purchasing an entire kitchen appliance suite and all the necessities for two bathrooms being built from scratch. She walked me through everything for a couple of hours never being anything but patient and generous with her knowledge. The Thousand Oaks branch as a whole has been excellent with taking care of my customer service needs with patients and accuracy in their information as I know very little to nothing about construction, home repair, or any of the many other reasons. I asked my wife to pick up a bag of sand from our Home Depot. She arrived to the store and parked in one of the curb side pickup parking spots. She selected curbside pickup because the bag of sand was 50 lbs and she was with our baby in the car. She waited for 15 minutes for someone to come out after checking in and She waited for 15 minutes for someone to come out after checking in and providing her parking spot number. her parking spots number. Eventually, She went into the store with our baby and asked if someone was going to come out with our order. After waiting in line at the service desk, she was told they “don’t really do curbside pickup anymore” and that “they were very busy”. Umm what? Why do you offer this service on your app and not tell customers you don’t actually offer it.
