The Home Depot

I am usually a Lowe’s shopper. However, after the stellar customer service I received yesterday at the Titusville Home Depot, I will forever shop Home Depot for now on. I was greeted with a very friendly hello at the door. Hats off to DaJoy, in the paint department, who went above and beyond helping me with paint colors. Each associate I passed greeted me with a “Hello, are you finding everything ok?” The atmosphere was warm and friendly. The associates seemed happy. A very pleasant shopping experience, in the midst of stressful home remodel! Thank you DaJoy, and all of Tville Home Depot!!

Everyone knows home Depot has a wide selection of almost everything. When in looking for a washer and dryer checking prices. I'm not a fan of the new or somewhat new check out procedure it took me about 20 minutes to get out with four items.

I experienced my own Christmas “Miracle” yesterday and am still smiling as I replay events. With help of Monica and her amazing supervisor- I am confident my Veteran Account is fixed after 3 years of always just logging in via website (BTW Home Depot offers their Wi-Fi in stores, didn’t know that either). But the real kicker is I was able to purchase the PERFECT Deswalt gift at an amazing value. Thank you Monica for making Home Depot feel like ‘home’ 🎄 Merry Christmas, Y’ALL!

Average home depot merchandise , fairly clean store and bathrooms. Small business owner can't find close up parking for loading and half the staff are very good at thier job other half clueless or interrupt your thoughts while your trying to remember all your materials. I often find I know the store better then most of the people working the floor I am in there several times a week. Pro desk is hit or miss. Carmen is great!

I used to order small items for pickup to get in and out almost immediately. But I don't have all day to stand around in the slowest line filled with folks with no receipts. This location has the pickup lockers; perhaps the staff should be trained use them?
