I’m only giving the store a 5 star because of the wonderful customer service I received from Jay. I was in looking for a drill and I couldn’t find anyone in hardware to help me. I walked an aisle down and an employee (his name was Jay) asked me if I needed any help. I was so thankful because I had been waiting to find someone by the drills for a while and I was ready to just leave. Jay was so incredibly nice and very knowledgeable even though it wasn’t even his department. He showed me a few different drills and helped me decide what the best option would be. Thank you Jay for going above and beyond to help a customer.

We had an excellent experience in the paint department at the Trumbull Home Depot thanks to Joey and David. Their customer service was outstanding, and their knowledge truly made a difference. They took the time to listen, answered all our questions thoroughly, and offered expert guidance that helped us make the right decisions with confidence. It’s refreshing to work with professionals who genuinely care about helping customers. Joey and David are a real asset to the store.

These carts fold like lawn chairs every time I load them with gravel, cement, or anything heavier than mild disappointment. If it fits 700lbs, why can’t it hold 700lbs? I’ve probably bent a dozen by now, and every time I bring it up, the staff just shrugs like it’s totally normal. But today, management decided to switch it up. Tried to charge me for “cart damage” like I personally designed these things out of cooked spaghetti. I’m done shopping there.

This is a place that you can’t go wrong they have absolutely everything and anything. They also have absolutely any company that can get the job done for you Just go and you won’t be disappointed
