Your manager on duty Monday morning needs a super reality check he was extremely arrogant, outside The fact they couldn’t take care of my needs is one thing, but to tell me why I have to follow their rules. like I have to follow the rules of the speed limit out on the street, is absolutely beyond me. I don’t work for Home Depot and I don’t give a dang one about their rules. Those rules are made up to satisfy Home Depot not the customers It doesn’t need to be explained to me about rules to a 71 year-old man that was in a retail management for 21 years before he was ever born

Found close enough to what i was in need of on my visit today. Even better I ran into Tammy a Home Depot associate. Today was her first day at the Idaho store, she came from Alaska. Being her first day though she was super helpful to answer my questions and even took me to the item I was looking for. We had a small conversation and we both went on our way. That's how customer service should be.

Went to Home Depot in Twin Falls cuz we love that store. Today was terrible. Went to buy carpet for our boat. Waited for someone to come by. No luck so finally found someone to get help, she said she would call someone. No one came, found someone else. They said they would call someone. Still no one so went up front, two employees just chilling and visiting. They said they would call someone for the third time. No one came, so went back to the visiting employees and they said oh they are busy! Really. I was in retail for 39 years and this is totally unacceptable. Very poor customer service. They acted like they didn’t get a heck!! Went to Lowe’s

Went to order a stove. They said I could get a credit card and save 400. After getting rhe credit card with 29.99 apr I was told I couldn't save 400 on the stove because it was on sale. I have good credit BTW. Left the store and instantly went on the app and canceled. Saw lowes had the same stove in stock and cheaper. They have no stoves or fridges in stock. Have to wait a week for delivery.
