Building some shelves and had a really nice experience with associate Warren ripping down my maple plywood today. All of the employees were very helpful and I wish I had noted their names like the hardware leading me to the KREG screws actually walking me several aisles over. Top that off with a great cashier in #2 aisle. Great staff

I will never recommend this Home Depot to anyone, and I will never go there again. I used to live in another area where we had a really good Home Depot, but this location in Union City was a very bad experience. I spent about $500 there, and I think at the very least the cashier could have been polite, smiled, or just done her job professionally. When I went to the checkout, the lady asked me if I could go to another register. I told her no, since I had a lot of items and needed her help. She became upset and asked me again, but I repeated that I needed her assistance. She started scanning my items without any mood or smile, just looking unhappy. I even asked if something was wrong, if she was tired, but she just said, “Why are you asking me?” Her behavior was unprofessional and very str

During my recent visit last night, this associate demonstrated an extraordinary level of dedication and professionalism. Not only did he provide knowledgeable and patient assistance during regular store hours, but he continued to help both before the store closed and after it had officially closed. His willingness to stay late and ensure that customers were fully assisted speaks volumes about their work ethic and commitment. I received someone else's order and called the store. I spoke with Stefon who looked into it immediately. He promised he would personally deliver it to me the following day and he did. He went above and beyond great customer service and was very pleasant and helpful in getting me the items I ordered. I would not hesitate to order from there in the future.
