The Home Depot

Mainly go to lowes for the better products and help. Went here yesterday to get some stuff off top shelf had to ask 2 diffrent people and sat there for 40 mins before i just left. I dont go here much but when i do MOST people dont want to help there just playing on phones or talking with other workers playin. Lowes for me thought i was gonna get a better deal but at this point id rather pay more thanks ypu guys

Great customer service! Ray (the guy with his name airbrushed on his apron) in plumbing was so knowledgeable and helpful. He is a true asset to your store. I shopped several departments and he was helping many people. Many employees on the floor asking can they help. It was the best shopping experience, but he stood out and answered all of my questions.

We are building a house currently and it’s been SEVERAL times we have had issues with deliveries, damaged products, returns and just getting assistance in store. I am a firm believer in giving people the benefit of the doubt and letting things go. However, it is bad when I have an associate from a WHOLE other Home Depot store that makes it right for us when my own local store constantly doesn’t. We not only kept having delivery issues with our lumbar delaying our contractors to do the job which costs us money, but recently we went in store ourselves to get more lumbar for our contractor to come finish a job, we waited and waited for help at the store nobody came. Went to customer service/checkout register asking someone 3-4x to send someone for help due to the lumbar needing was higher up

Been waiting for almost 40 minute for someone to cut me some chain. Seen 3/4/5 people standing around walking around and nobody knows how to cut chain this insane WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE VALDOSTA LOCATION more than 1 person needs to be cross train in this.

Thank you to Ms. Elaine (Zona) in the garden center. She was so helpful and supportive. There was a few other workers in a group but they were talking amongst themselves and didn’t to care about the customers. Thank you again Ms. Elaine!!
