The Home Depot

The customer service has been top-notch the last couple of trips to this Home Depot. Especially in the Garden Center, which has a great selection and usually some kind of sale going on. The store is always clean and well taken care of. The line moves quickly and the employees help scan everything to keep it moving. The improvements here are a total game-changer. The store is much cleaner than it used to be, and the customer service has leveled up. Steve was incredibly helpful, and the team at the front saved me a ton of time. It’s great to see such a positive shift in how they treat their customers.

I live close to this location, but I honestly dread coming here because the customer service is consistently some of the worst I’ve experienced. Today was a perfect example. When I walked in, there were five employees in orange aprons all standing together in a circle near the entrance just chatting. I walked back and forth right in front of them, trying to make eye contact to get help, but they completely ignored me and continued their conversation like I wasn't there. I had to find my own aisle while they just watched me walk by. The service at the registers is usually just as rude, but today I had a genuinely great experience with a cashier named Sumayyah (SUMAYYAH). Lee and Antonio (?) from tool equipment rental department were so nice and accommodating. They helped me fixed the curtain rod that were bent . They went over and beyond to repair it for me. So appreciate it . Jenevieve also from the cashier was friendly and helpful . I needed a cart and there was none in sight . I looked the other way to get some other stuff and when I returned there was one for me . She got it for me . Nice and helpful crew over there , 👍
