The Home Depot

I have been coming to this location for the past few years. I’ve always enjoyed my experience and the customer service is typically excellent. On 02/14/2026, when interacting with the employee at the paint counter, I was not impressed by the way I was treated. At approximately 1215 hours, the employee in a black beanie cap with neck length dark hair was nothing but rude. From the point of contact he was condescending, snide, and disrespectful. I am very disappointed and disgusted with his behavior towards my wife, my children and I during our visit. I am not one to review typically, bad or good. So I hope that speaks volumes about my experience. I will likely continue to frequent this location out of necessity, but I will most likely find my paint elsewhere. Please take the time and consid

Well.Love Rhknda!!In the Outdoor plant srction! She is the one that comes in and sets up all of the beautiful plants. They were just gorgeous. She gave me so much help. I told her I would do a 5, just because she was so helpful with me and most of The Times it's hard to find anyone to help answer any question. They just kind of stand around in that store. But I i love the flowers, and thank rhonda, again in the flower area in the back.!!!

I found a vinyl floor color that I was absolutely in love with. But it was from one of those off brand cheap websites. I scoured the home depot website as best I could unable to find a match and had given up hope. So I called the home depot in waite Park and was transferred to flooring. Brooke with kitchen design answered my call and I cannot rave enough. She listened to what I wanted, what I needed and why I specifically chose that color. She looked up the flooring I had fallen in love with on the other website and did her best to find me the closest match in the brand that I wanted. She went above and beyond to help me pick out my flooring and made sure I was happy with the options home depot could offer. So if your struggling to find flooring, cant find the color you want or need ideas

I don't know why they have self checkout if they're going to scan ur items for u. I go through self checkout because I don't like dealing with employees cause 90% of them are rude. If you don't trust your customers to do self checkout then get rid of it. Very disrespectful to just start scanning someone stuff when they never ask you for help. I spend way too much money to feel like I'm not trusted to check my own stuff out. I will just have to start taking my business elsewhere since you all treat customers this way.
