This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I placed an online order through the app and received a notification that my order was ready for pickup. In the app, it gave me the option to pick up curbside or inside, I chose curbside because I injured my leg. This was Friday February 6, 2026. I pull up to the curbside spot but all of the spots were taken and the numbers were moved due to the snow so I’m the app, I selected the option to pull up to the store front. I waited for maybe 15 minutes before I call the store. There was a woman who answered the phone and when I told her that I was picking up my order she asked for my order number. I gave it to her and she tells me that in their system it shows that I am supposed to pick up inside. So I tell her that it

As a veteran, I enjoy the recognition provided to us by Home Depot, but I fear that certain stores are pathetic in upholding that professionalism that has stood for years and this store is one of them. I bought a grill and chose the complimentary option of having this grill assembled and delivered to my house. When the grill finally showed up, they couldn't even put it in front of my house or even ring the doorbell, but instead, they left it on the side of the house and left and mind you, I was home. When I finally saw the grill, it was damaged, full of dents and scratches.... why?! it's a brand new grill that cost $900! They came and picked it up and yes, they issued me a refund right away but there was no communication of rectifying the issue, no phone call, no exchange, no replacement,

I would like to recognize Jessica, the Manager at Home Depot, for her outstanding customer service. She was patient, respectful, and truly took the time to listen to our concerns without rushing or dismissing them. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Jessica is truly a jewel in the rough. Her professionalism, calm demeanor, and commitment to doing the right thing made a lasting impression. I had a very complicated order that initially wasn’t correct, and Zay was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen, made sure everything was fixed properly, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. His customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness.

Visit this location on Monday 9th in hope to find some kind of wall mount so that I could repair my rod that had fell in my closet first and foremost I couldn’t find no associate to assist me and then when I did I explained to the young man and showed him what I was trying to do he walked to the hardware section attempt to help me but didn’t really have any kind of knowledge what I was talking about as I’m still explaining to him I guess since he didn’t have a clue of what I wanted or needed he told me to wait here and he’s going to check something else so I stood there for about 3-4 mins thinking he was coming back all to see that he never returned to assist me at this point it’s giving you’ll hire anyone and have no kind of knowledge of anything nor have good customer service to leave me
