The Home Depot

I had an incredible experience at Home Depot yesterday thanks to Pam. She greeted me the moment I walked in and told me exactly where to find what i needed. She even made sure my checkout was quick and seamless. Pam’s efficiency and friendly attitude made a great start to my day—she’s a huge asset to this store!

Richard K in Kitchen & Bath Design is the only reason for a 5 star review. I went in on Sunday to look at flooring and was just passed by several employees. The people in flooring were no help and I was just told that what I was looking for was out of stock. I returned on 12/2 and had a similar experience. The man in flooring was too busy waving orange flags for a forklift that was carrying nothing. He watched us just standing there, just waiting for help. Another associate said he would grab a manager, they never came. My mom walked over to Richard once he was done with another customer and without hesitation he asked what I needed. He sat there with me to find and order the product. ( Frankly we probably stood around for 30-40 minutes waiting for help. Once we had assistance it took abou

As someone who grew up going to Home Depot this hurts to say: the Lowe's down the road is better in almost every way. This Home Depot has lots of oddly placed items where they shouldn't be. Fewer displays too, much less than the Lowe's. The outside of this Home Depot is very dark at night, not much lighting at all. Bad for parking, bad for looking at the stuff they've put outside on display. Sometimes the sales are better so I'll swing by, but I'm starting to go to the Lowe's more and more. Oh, and there's this pack of maybe 3-4 dudes in their 50s that work there who travel around together and talk loudly. Ignoring customers etc. I've seen 'em 4 times now. Just odd unprofessional behavior. I'm someone who never talks to the associates here anyway, but it's odd.

This Home Depot has the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I made an expensive purchase and did curbside pickup. I waited over 30 minutes in my car and nobody ever came out. I finally had to call the store, only to be told that the person handling curbside was “alone at customer service.” Meanwhile, I watched multiple employees walking in and out with carts like nothing was going on. When my order finally came out, it wasn’t even in a box! Just loose, like some random item thrown together. When I questioned it, the employee tried to lie and say it was a demo. Then changed the story and said “that’s just how it comes.” They even had the nerve to mark my order as picked up after I rejected it. This home Depot has some of the most unhelpful staff I have ever experienced in customer service. If ask a question you literally will get blown off, told it's in some isle to which you have to wonder the store to hopefully find the isle and item your looking for; if not you then have to track down another employee to then ask the same question. I iterally despise going to this home Depot.
