I had to go and get an AC compressor hose with attachments. I cut off the two ends of the hose to try and make sure I got the right part I drove back and forth three times with the wrong parts and this is all while getting assistance from people that work there no one had any clue about the parts or the hose the first two times I went they gave me a power washer hose definitely did not work.. and then when I finally spoke to somebody in the right department he was rude and didn't know anything was but it was his department.. next time I will definitely head to Lowe's instead

My husband and I were just there a few minutes ago. We were looking for a specific item that we have seen at this store. We could not find it. We figured an associate may be able to help us, as they always do. We asked the wrong person. We simply asked where we can find it. She looked at us like we were asking the wrong person, and said “well they are not down here, they are that way!” (Pointing into the opposite direction$. Once we reached the register, the young gentlemen/women working were so polite, so kind and so helpful (and showed us where said item was). Very sad and disappointing.

This is the awesome story ever employee was very helpful. The store specifically had exactly what I was looking for I walked throughout the entire store and every employee helped me with everything that I needed, I will probably be returning the store next week to get a Christmas tree from the assortment of Christmas trees that I seen on this trip. I am definitely coming back to this specific store.

Went with my adult kids to get a live Christmas tree. They had a reasonable selection, and they picked out their first independent tree for their new home. 5 stars for the great memories. Thanks, Home Depot.

I love this store it has all the things that I need for my home improvement needs also people who work over there are extremely helpful and hardworking. Tools and products purchased are solid built and made to last 😊👌
