The Home Depot

Arsenal Home Depot Location Closed (temporarily). Google maps did not say the store was closed so I made the trip here and found out about the closure upon arrival. I wanted to leave a review as a way to tell other people that it is indeed closed at this time. The store is evidently temporarily closed due to damage caused by heavy snow on the roof. They're having structural engineers & construction people come in to see what they need to do to fix it. They say they will reopen but they don't know how long it will take to make the building safe again. They bought the property last year so it follows that they will reopen eventually.

This Home Depot is great I love all their products and their service is impeccable they always help me with DoorDash or anything that I need help with on my own no question no question would definitely visit again out of all the Home depot's I have been to This is one of the better ones

Mona is the best! She’s incredibly smart and resourceful — she helped me fix my shoe when I thought it was beyond saving. Her creativity and quick thinking honestly blew me away. On top of that, she’s one of the most welcoming and kind people I’ve met. She made me feel comfortable right away with her warm personality and positive attitude. If you ever get the chance to work with or meet Mona, consider yourself lucky — she truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I got help from a knowledgeable and kind man - I think his name was Robert - in the electrical department. He knew where everything was and he helped me find everything I needed. I felt like I was in a small hardware store. It was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had in a Home Depot - so, thank you very much!

I really like the service from the people at this Home Depot, since I go to several every day, but I always have problems with the self-service machines outside, the card machines, the old ones that are always malfunctioning. So I think it's because I go to several Home Depots and I see that it happens a lot, but only at this one specifically.
