Went in looking for a single Smart Switch and a touchless voltage indicator. Joshua in the electrical department asked me if I needed help without even me asking even though he was mid task on something else. We looked but could not find it. The HD app didn't give its location. The app said there were 5 in store. He did find a 2-pack that I was just going to get instead from a mid-aisle display from another part of the store. While I was reviewing my choices of voltage indicators, I found what I liked and was going to head to check out. Turned out Joshua was still looking for my item and stopped me as he had climbed the top of the shelving and found the single pack I was looking for of the switch. I shop from Home Depot from day was open. I have my own business (flip house) Recently Home Depot hire under cover any time I go there I was flow by under cover. I call Discrimination because I am women. I am going take my business to lows even though close one to me is in Salinas

I have been to Home Depot numerous times in the past month. This Home Depot has the others beat in the area. The service was great when I went in to find a vacuum cleaner, they helped me get it off the shelf and brought it to the counter. I had some items to take back, and there were no questions asked, and it was a smooth transaction which saved me time and money. The gal at the cashier was so accommodating and friendly. That is one of the reasons I will be back.! thank you Home Depot Watsonville. You are so much better than the other Home Depot’s.

Competitive prices the only reason why I give it 3 stars is because of employees; the younger employees don’t care about the customer experience they ignore you. They don’t work as a team they try to do the least as possible -and take for ever at the register. This young lady at returns wanted a receipt for a return when I was giving her the credit o used to pay to look for the transaction I know it can be done other employees had done it in the past but she refused to so I ended walking out with my unreturned item it’s in my garage now; it’s fine I just didn’t not had the energy to argue for a 25 dollar item.
