Isabel provided some of the best customer service my family and I have ever experienced. We arrived at the store about an hour before closing, and despite the late timing, she treated us with patience, professionalism, and a genuinely positive attitude. She went above and beyond to help us with multiple needs without ever making us feel rushed. She assisted us through the entire Home Depot credit card process, took the time to make sure we received the best deal available, and carefully answered every question we had. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to help made a stressful process extremely smooth and enjoyable. What stood out the most was her kindness and dedication. Employees like Isabel are rare and truly represent what excellent customer service should look like.

This isn’t the Home Depot closest to our house, but we happily drive a little farther because the customer service here is worth it. My fiancé and I just bought our first home and have been doing a lot of renovation projects over the past few months, which means we’re in the store constantly. This location has quickly become our go to. Even when it’s busy, the staff does their best to offer help. And while not every online order with in-store pickup has gone perfectly, the employees have always been determined to make it right. We really appreciate the effort and service we receive here!

Home Depot installed carpet in our home and damaged a wall. The damage to repair costs $650 and they offered us $250. Melissa D. Customer Order Specialist - The Home Depot #4918 She is the worst individual to have to deal with about this. Not helpful at all and told us to contact Home Depot legal. Very rude and aggressive and all we want is our wall repaired. She ignored the request for the insurance information to file a claim.
