I want to share how bad customer service is over the phone. I purchased a dishwasher and they could not get it right with installation. Once delivered I was told they would send out a certified plumber within 24 hrs. That did not happen. Had to call, then someone came out stated they couldn't do it . I thought you were they plumber. They stated to just install. No communication. Called me at 5:30am in the morning 😒 who comes out at that time of morning. Placed another call and kept getting the run around about time and dates. It appears no one what they were doing, From 1/10 to 1/22 I finally spoke with a certified plumber. They came out in did a wonderful job. The lady Robbin at the tosa Home Depot she’s not good always dropped the ball took for ever for our kitchen then the fridge we picked out was wrong had to send back re buy a new one at full price since I got the Black Friday sale . Everything was wrong I paid for someone to measure where the sink goes that’s off by inches wow she’s a horrible worker i surprise she still works their after loosing my files to what not just oiss poor place and everything all in general I’ll never use Home Depot again

Let me start off by saying I’ve never shopped at home depot before, so I walked in completely lost and in need of help. The manager Eric was so helpful and patient. He literally walked me to each aisle cause I made a list from google lmao. The cashier Javana also had amazing customer service and it was only her SECOND DAY! overall I’m very thankful for them as they made this shopping experience easy and friendly!
