Will not go back for any rentals, for the older white man (60 yr old) with the beard and the younger (late 40’s or early 50’s) white man both were making fun of a man and his little boy who went to rent equipment. The customer mentioned wanting to go dig with that rental and after he left they began to laugh and make fun of what the customer explained he wanted to do. Then we were next and asked for a pick up truck, and the younger man was being sarcastic. We asked him if we passed the 75 minutes would it be taken from the deposit. He wouldn’t allow us to finish asking him the question, he’d interrupt and sarcastically give us an answer. I had a very unpleasant experience at this Home Depot. The cashier in the garden dept was extremely rude and unprofessional. I noticed that I had been charged twice for a door mat, so I politely pointed it out to her. Instead of checking the receipt carefully, she insisted that she hadn’t double-charged me and acted like she didn’t even know how to properly read the sales receipt. When I showed her the receipt and clearly pointed out the duplicate charge, she still refused to help and said, “There’s nothing I can do, take it up with customer service.” Her attitude was dismissive and disrespectful. I have to leave a review for the staff at this home depot! They are super helpful and so polite. John in the paint department was so helpful and phenomenal and I will be back to this store based on his service. Also Dee hill with Behr was also so nice and helpful and answered all our questions. I highly recommend this store!!

Almost all your DIY projects can be supplied by Home Depot from start to finish. Take a look st the website, its easy to find what you need thru the search bar. Check out does offer some challenges, I have tried checking out before and had issues with it accepting some forms of payment. There have been a few times where PayPal was the only method accepted.

Went to grab a few things for the green house i build had trouble finding a aisle ask the girl at the cash register in garden she was to busy smiling on her phone to properly help me apparently... found a older gentlemen who worked in a completely different area and told me what I was looking for was in was in fact in gardening and directed me to it im giving 4 stars because of that gentlemen but clear home depot needs to hire people that actually want to help service there customers
