I was truly impressed the moment I walked into Home Depot and was immediately greeted and offered assistance with my shopping. The support was spot-on from start to finish. Hands down, the team working today delivered exceptional service. My shopping experience was seamless, efficient, and an absolute breeze.

had a genuinely wonderful experience today (12/21/25) thanks to Ramon. He helped me with everything I needed for my house plants — soil, pots, gloves — and even carried my bags to the car. What stood out most was his warmth and kindness. He was smiling, patient, and fully present, and his good energy made the whole visit feel easy and human. Interactions like this truly stay with you. I went to the West Nyack store today looking for attic stairs. There was only one item on the floor that fit what I needed but it had been returned and I did not want it. Brian from Hardware went out of his way to locate and get an entire skid of new ones. He let me choose one, loaded it onto a cart, walked with me to my car and loaded it into the car for me. I was extremely impressed with his positive attitude and excellent customer service. He is definitely a valuable and professional employee, and a credit to your company.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Was just at Home Depot. I asked about an item that was listed on the website as “1 in stock today” at the moment that I was standing in the store. I waited for a break in a conversation between two employees. The man I spoke to barely stopped his conversation with a fellow employee to tell me to check an aisle number but that was it. He said it is out of stock, when looking at my phone. He lacked any customer service skills and needs training. He was flippant and curt, not helpful at all. I will go to Lowe’s in Orangeburg next time.

This place is so massive. It's exhausting just walking around. The people who work here are very helpful though and will guide you to where you need to go. They have a beautiful nursery outside and a few indoor plants by the paint section. They have a self check out if you like. They also have a really great cleaning supplies section which I did not expect. So much available parking.
