Bad Experience at Home Depot cnr Okeechobee & Jog. I entered this store in a good mood and left upset! I was close to my home when my wife turned me around to get stuff at the Home Depot. I only needed to ask where one item was so I decided to stop by the Customer Service Station as I entered the store. I stood, totally ignored like I was made of glass by the heavy set guy with the beard, glasses and black t-shirt. He just turned away as he saw me standing there, no acknowledgement of my presence. He was replaced by this other staff member who again looked straight through me...(let me check myself if I'm invisible or really made of glass!) By now it's around a whole minute of being ignored, standing there. This caused a little old lady who was standing on the other side, to barge in fron

We had such a great experience at the Garden Center thanks to Kirk-Lee. He was absolutely awesome. He took his time helping us select and load our pavers and never made us feel rushed. He was patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled safely and efficiently. Excellent customer service like his really makes a difference. I ordered for curb side pick up. Showed up, checked in via app. Waited 20-25 minutes and no one came out. Went to customer service desk eventually and stood there, two women not busy, on their phone/scrolling on computer, no customers around. They did not acknowledged me or my presence at their counter. I waited and observed a few minutes… still nothing. Eventually said excuse me to be acknowledged. Told them I had been waiting for 20 minutes in my car for curbside and no one came. I was basically told by the lady that “ma’am it’s your fault because you have to call the phone number listed outside for them to bring out items”. I explained to her there is no phone number listed. She argued there is a number on the curbside sign where the spot location is listed. I did not want to argue with

I had an excellent experience at Home Depot thanks to Diquan. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and he went above and beyond to help with the tool box.
