Please having knowledgeable Home Depot associates positioned near the store entrance to assist customers would be extremely helpful. Many clients enter the store with specific questions or projects in mind, and spending time searching for the right staff member or navigating the aisles without guidance can be frustrating and time-consuming. An associate available at the entrance could quickly direct customers to the appropriate department, answer basic questions, or connect them with the right expert. as customer of Home Depot I would feel more confident and supported in my decision! thank-you for your support and appreciated!

I think I just had the best customer service experience I’ve ever had at this Home Depot in West Roxbury, Mass! I’ve never been motivated to write a review without being prompted to until now, because SO MANY employees here were so friendly and nice to me, even went above and beyond in 20mins. One guy saw me looking lost and showed me to the folding tables, he was smiling and in a great mood and we had a short conversation on the way there. He even offered to get me a carriage to carry it in from the front of the store but I said I’d get one. Then I asked a different guy at the front of the store where the carriages were, and he showed me outside the exit door to the right. Then he even opened the exit door for me to enter back in from, saying it was no problem. And THE BEST employee o

My elderly neighbor kindly took me there for the first time last night and l was not finding what l needed so l addressed a few associates. Most of them were new so I got passed around a few times. One big white guy was so irritated to be asked I was on edge and I asked if he could just listen, l thought perhaps they may have large plastic packing materials they would be discarding anyway in the back and wouldn't mind giving away but he became even more angry and hostile and just kept walking away shouting don't tell me just to listen. I understand it's a huge store and they have all kinds of customers but it was mostly empty. It appeared they were more interested in helping homeowners and lost interest when l said l was not one. Staff literally stand there until you walk Aallllllll the way over to them to ask for help to then, walk ALLLLLLLL the way back to the shelf the was empty first view but the product was stuffed in the back on wrong section after I was told we don’t have any I can check the other homedepot. I stayed and dug around into the back and found them. Unbelievable in the garden and flooring section. I did not know if your dark skin women confused your not approachable to offer assistance. 😢

This is only the 2nd time using this Home Depot location, but I will definitely use it again. The store staff helped me with my transaction when I had a problem at the self-check-out.
